In order to return merchandise a Return Authorization Request must be made.
Return requests are to be made within seven (7) days from the date of delivery. All returns must be received within seven (7) days of return request. All merchandise must be unworn, unused and in original condition. All original tags must be attached. Apparel Valley has the right to refuse return of goods that do not meet Apparel Valley's Return Policy requirements. There are no refunds and no exchanges on accessories. All merchandise purchased "ON CLEARANCE" are FINAL SALE. No exchanges or refunds. All Pre-Order sales are only exchangeable for other items or for a website credit. All orders purchased with an existing website credit are FINAL SALE. There are no returns and re-orders with web credit. All orders purchased as a SPECIAL order can only be exchanged for another item or for a web credit. NO CASH REFUNDS! Shipping
and handling costs are not refundable. Customer will be responsible for
all shipping & re-shipping charges for exchanges. All merchandise that is purchased at www.apparelvalley.com must be returned by an insured carrier to our shipping/receiving warehouse location and will not be accepted at our administrative office.
How to return an item
Step 1. Complete the onlineReturn Authorization Request Formto
receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#). You will need to complete
a short form describing your reason for return. Please be aware that
the issuance of a RA# does not guarantee the goods will be accepted,
nor that your credit card will automatically be refunded. You will be
notified of acceptance once the goods have been returned and inspected.
Step 2. Please print out the email containing your RA# and include that with your full name, address, phone number and email address.
Step 3.
Merchandise must be shipped securely packaged, pre-paid, and insured,
and must be received by Apparel Valley within seven days of receipt of
RA# for domestic orders. Merchandise should be sent to the following

It
is our recommendation that return items are shipped via UPS, FedEx or
insured parcel post. We also recommend all tracking numbers of return
packages be recorded and safely stored for proof of delivery. Apparel
Valley does not take any responsibility for reimbursement or
compensation in the event that any return packages are lost, stolen, or
mishandled. Please also note that Apparel Valley cannot accept any
packages that are sent Cash/Check on Delivery (COD).
*Please
note that RA# must be legibly written on the outside of package to
insure proper and timely handling of return(s). Goods will not be
processed/refunded without an RA#.
Step 4. An
email response will be sent to you regarding the status of your return.
We will process your request within five business days upon receiving
the package.
Step 5.
If the return is approved, all refunds will be given in the same method
of original payment. Only the value of the merchandise and sales tax,
minus discounts, if any, will be refunded. Shipping charges and import
duties are not refundable. Please allow 2-4 weeks for processing the
refund to your credit card, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit
amount to appear on your statement.
Shipping
Promotional Shipping Rates are for standard Fedex Ground Shipping within the 48 contiguous states only. Promotional Shipping Rates
are not applicable for bulk, special orders or shipments over 10 lbs. For an alternate shipping method, you may choose from a
variety of shipping options provided by Fedex or contact an ApparelValley.com customer service representative to assist you. All shipments are insured for the value of the merchandise and require a signature from the receiving party. Shipping cost are borne by the purchaser and are based on the weight of the order and shipping method you choose. All merchandise orders are fulfilled within 1-3 business days of receipt of your order. Orders received after noon (12:00) SET is shipped the following day. All orders received after 1:00 PM on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. We observe all national holidays. We currently only deliver to the the 48 contiguous states. We do not ship to PO Boxes.
Gift Returns
You may exchange any gift from Apparel Valley for another gift of the same value or more, provided your additional cost difference, shipping, customs, taxes and import duties

Overview
When you enroll in the MyRewards ("Program"), you agree to be bound by these Program Terms and Conditions. Apparel Valley reserves the right at any time and from time to time, without notice, to add to, remove from, change or terminate the Program; for example, Apparel Valley may change the Program benefits, MyReward credit levels, Program affiliations or redemption offers at any time without notice. Participants are responsible for accessing these sites in order to keep informed of Program features applicable to Participants' rights and responsibilities with regard to the Program. For questions regarding the Program, Participants may also call 1-800-557-9013 (9 a.m to 5 p.m., (MST), Monday through Friday).
MyReward credits accrue and may be redeemed in accordance with these Program Terms and Conditions. Apparel Valley may further restrict the Program based on your place of residence.
When you obtain MyReward credits, you have obtained a limited license from Apparel Valley as described in the these Program Terms and Conditions. Accrued MyReward credits are not your property. MyReward credits are not transferable under any conditions, including upon a Participant's death, as part of a domestic relations matter, or in any other matter, and any purported transfer or exchange of MyReward credits is null and void. Accrued MyReward credits may not be combined with any other Program Participant's MyReward credits. All accrued MyReward credits will be forfeited upon your withdrawal from or termination of the Program.
MyReward credits have no MONETARY value and may not be combined with any other offer, discount, coupon or promotion. MYREWARDS CREDITS CAN NEVER BE CONVERTED TO CASH OR REFUNDED, EVEN UPON CANCELLATION OF YOUR ACCOUNT BY YOU OR TERMINATION OR SUSPENSION OF YOUR ACCOUNT BY US.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Apparel Valley retains ownership rights in any and all MyReward credits and grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use MyReward credits only as specifically designated by Apparel Valley as part of the Program. In the event that your account is cancelled or terminated by you or by Apparel Valley for any reason, then you will no longer have the right to use any MyReward credits stored in or otherwise associated with your account, without any compensation to you or any liability of Apparel Valley. Once MyReward credits are deleted from your account, they will not be reinstated, except at Apparel Valley's sole discretion. Your only recourse and rights, if any, with respect to MyReward credits obtained by you is to redeem such MyReward credits in accordance with these Program Terms and Conditions pursuant to eligible redemption offers as specifically designated Apparel Valley from time to time in Apparel Valley's sole discretion.
You are encouraged to redeem MyReward credits stored in your account. Apparel Valley reserves the right, at any time and for any reason, to terminate the Program or to otherwise cease to allow any and all uses of MyReward credits previously permitted.In such cases, Apparel Valley generally will attempt to provide advance notice to Participants and an opportunity for Participants to redeem then-existing MyReward credits for eligible offers, as designated at such time by Apparel Valley in its sole discretion; however, Apparel Valley makes no guarantee there will be any such redemption offers available at such time.
The availability of any feature or aspect of the Program cannot be guaranteed.The existence of a particular offer available for redemption of MyReward credits is not a commitment by Apparel Valley to maintain or continue to make such offers in the future. MyReward credits required for any redemption offer may increase at any time. The scope, variety and type of offers that may be available for redemption of MyReward credits can change at any time. Apparel Valley have no obligation to continue making offers available for redemption of MyReward credits. In addition, we may limit your use MyReward credits stored in your account, including applying limits to: the number of MyReward credits you may have stored in or credited to your account balance at one time, the number of MyReward credits you may redeem within a given time period (for example, one day), or the number of MyReward credits you may obtain per promotion. We also may remove MyReward credits from your account if they are posted to your account in connection with an activity that is subsequently voided, canceled or involves a return.

Reward Redemption

After a Participant has redeemed MyReward credits, the Participant will not be able to exchange, refund or return the credits for redeposit in the Participant's account.
By redeeming a MyReward, the Participant releases Apparel Valley, subsidiaries and affiliates from any and all liability regarding the Program or any redemption or use of MyReward credits. Apparel Valley is not responsible for replacing lost, stolen or mutilated gift certificates, merchandise or anything else obtained by redemption of MyReward credits.
Miscellaneous
Participants are responsible for all taxes, liabilities, surcharges and any other fees associated with participation in the Program.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Apparel Valley makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding merchantability, fitness for a particular use or otherwise, regarding the Program or anything obtained by redemption of MyReward credits, AND Apparel Valley is not liable or responsible for special, incidental, punitive, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from the or related to the Program or use in any manner of anything obtained by redemption.
You acknowledge and agree that the results of our internal customer service review processes will be considered binding and final by you with respect to any and all matters arising from or related to the Program. Apparel Valley may audit any Participant's account at any time, with or without notice to the Participant, to ensure compliance with these Program Terms and Conditions. Apparel Valley, in its sole discretion, may cancel, suspend or otherwise limit your access to MyReward credits stored in your account if there is any suspicious, fraudulent, abusive or unlawful activity associated with your account. If we cancel, suspend or otherwise limit access to MyReward credits stored in your account, your right to use MyReward credits stored in your account immediately ceases. We will use reasonable efforts to investigate accounts that are subject to access limitations and to reach a final decision on the limitations promptly. Apparel Valley reserves the right to pursue legal action in the event of fraud, misrepresentation, abuse or violation of the Program Terms and Conditions.
The Program is subject to applicable government laws, rules and regulations. Void where prohibited.
