Return Policy Although we are a young company, Apparel Valley's commitment to our customers sets us apart from the rest. We recognize that with shopping online you are unable to try pieces on in a dressing room and viewing a photo of a garment does not always do it justice. For these reasons, Apparel Valley provide customers a hassle-free return process.
If you are
dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the item in its
original, unused condition (including all original packaging and tags)
within 15 days from receipt of your order. To expedite the handling of your return, just notify us of your return using our easy to use online Return Request Form. For
your convenience, you can ship your return using either your own shipping method or we can email you a pre-paid Fedex Easy Return Label that you just print, attach and drop off at your nearest Fedex location. Apparel Valley offers low return shipping fees, usually just a few bucks. Please
fill out and submit the required Return Request Form indicating your Order Number, Email Address, Items for Return, Return Shipping Method and Requested Refund Type. We will process your return request and send you your RMA Number for you to indicate on your package and the address of the closest Return Center.
Upon receipt of your package with will process your return and issue you a refund based on what you had indicated on the Return Request Form. Because
we carry limited inventory we can not guarantee that we will have an alternate size in stock. For this reason we can issue you store credit for the full purchase price, less return shipping fees if applicable and you may place an order for an alternate size or item. You also have the option to request a full refund, less 15% return stocking fee, to your original payment method (ie: credit/debit card).
