In order to return merchandise a Return Authorization Request must be made.
Return requests are to be made within seven (7) days from the date of delivery. All returns must be received within seven (7) days of return request. All merchandise must be unworn, unused and in original condition. All original tags must be attached. Apparel Valley has the right to refuse return of goods that do not meet Apparel Valley's Return Policy requirements. Apparel Valley does not charge a restocking fee. There are no refunds and no exchanges on accessories. All merchandise purchased "ON CLEARANCE" are FINAL SALE. No exchanges or refunds. All Pre-Order sales are only exchangeable for other items or for a website credit. All orders purchased with an existing website credit are FINAL SALE. There are no returns and re-orders with web credit. All orders purchased as a SPECIAL order can only be exchanged for another item or for a web credit. NO CASH REFUNDS! Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. Customer will be responsible for all shipping & re-shipping charges for exchanges. All merchandise that is purchased at www.apparelvalley.com must be returned by an insured carrier to our shipping/receiving warehouse location and will not be accepted at our administrative office.
How to return an item
Step 1. Complete the onlineReturn Authorization Request Formto receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#). You will need to complete a short form describing your reason for return. Please be aware that the issuance of a RA# does not guarantee the goods will be accepted, nor that your credit card will automatically be refunded. You will be notified of acceptance once the goods have been returned and inspected.
Step 2. Please print out the email containing your RA# and include that with your full name, address, phone number and email address.
Step 3. Merchandise must be shipped securely packaged, pre-paid, and insured, and must be received by Apparel Valley within seven days of receipt of RA# for domestic orders. Merchandise should be sent to the following address:

It is our recommendation that return items are shipped via UPS, FedEx or insured parcel post. We also recommend all tracking numbers of return packages be recorded and safely stored for proof of delivery. Apparel Valley does not take any responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that any return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled. Please also note that Apparel Valley cannot accept any packages that are sent Cash/Check on Delivery (COD).
*Please note that RA# must be legibly written on the outside of package to insure proper and timely handling of return(s). Goods will not be processed/refunded without an RA#.
Step 4. An email response will be sent to you regarding the status of your return. We will process your request within five business days upon receiving the package.
Step 5. If the return is approved, all refunds will be given in the same method of original payment. Only the value of the merchandise and sales tax, minus discounts, if any, will be refunded. Shipping charges and import duties are not refundable. Please allow 2-4 weeks for processing the refund to your credit card, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit amount to appear on your statement.
Shipping
You may choose from a variety of shipping options provided by Fedex. All shipments are insured for the value of the merchandise and require a signature from the receiving party. Shipping cost are borne by the purchaser and are based on the weight of the order and shipping method you choose. All merchandise orders are fulfilled within 2-3 business days of receipt of your order. Orders received after noon (12:00) SET is shipped the following day. All orders received after 1:00 PM on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. We observe all national holidays. We currently only deliver to the the 48 contiguous states.

You may exchange any gift from Satine for another gift of the same value or more, provided your additional cost difference, shipping, customs, taxes and import duties
