The rugged appearance of the Jacob Ash EcoRaggs Wool Jeep Cap is derived from the use of specially spun yarns. These recycled ragg yarns have been partially scoured to retain more of their natural oils that allow them to repel moisture while withstanding winds that blow cold and biting.  For the good of the planet and for tough wear and consistend performance, recycled and natural fiber has been blended into this garment.

Imagine! The recycled fiber that comprises 50% of the outer shell of this garment once had a completely different life as a plastic soda bottle.  To be exact, each item contains at least one and one half recycled post-consumer plastic soda bottles.

Eco Raggs items have all the performance features that you expect from today's high tech fabrics: comfort, warmth, easy care, and long lasting durability.  They are extremely soft and incredibly light in weight, yet provide excellent insulation in cold weather, even when wet.
