How to return an item
In order to return merchandise a Return Authorization Request must be made.
Return requests are to be made within seven (7) days from the date of delivery with the exception of gifts. If sending gifts, please indicate that in the order comments field prior to placing your order. Return requests for gifts must be made within (14) days from the date of delivery.
All returns must be received within seven (7) days of receipt of a return request. All merchandise must be unworn, unused and in original condition. All original tags must be attached. Apparel Valley has the right to refuse return of goods that do not meet Apparel Valley's Return Policy requirements. All Merchandise is eligible for a full refund as long as it meets Apparel Valley's Return requirements stated above and is not Merchandise marked CLEARANCE or FINAL SALE.
Merchandise marked CLEARANCE or FINAL SALE is eligible for store credit or exchange only, unless the product is deemed to be defective by by Apparel Valley. Items would be considered to be defective if they were delivered with broken pieces or were made abnormally compared to the manufacturer's specifications. Unless otherwise noted, cash and/or credit refunds will not be given on CLEARANCE and FINAL SALE items products.
All orders purchased as a SPECIAL order can only be exchanged for another item or for a store credit. Special orders are considered: 1) pieces that ApparelValley does not currently have in stock and orders directly from the manufacturer for a customer or 2) bulk orders where pricing has been negotiated directly with an ApparelValley.com representative.
and handling costs are not refundable. Customers are responsible for
all shipping & return shipping charges for exchanges unless the exchange or return is the result of an ApparelValley.com error or product that is damaged when received.
We suggest all merchandise that is purchased at www.apparelvalley.com is returned by an insured carrier to our shipping/receiving warehouse location.
How to return an item
Step 1. Complete the onlineReturn Authorization Request Formto
receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#). You will need to complete
a short form describing your reason for return. Please be aware that
the issuance of a RA# does not guarantee the goods will be accepted,
nor that your credit card will automatically be refunded. You will be
notified of acceptance once the goods have been returned and inspected.
Step 2. Please print out the email containing your RA# and include that with your full name, address, phone number and email address.
Merchandise must be shipped securely packaged, pre-paid, and insured,
and must be received by Apparel Valley within seven days of receipt of
RA# for domestic orders. Merchandise should be sent to the following

is our recommendation that return items are shipped via UPS, FedEx or
insured parcel post. We also recommend all tracking numbers of return
packages be recorded and safely stored for proof of delivery. Apparel
Valley does not take any responsibility for reimbursement or
compensation in the event that any return packages are lost, stolen, or
mishandled. Please also note that Apparel Valley cannot accept any
packages that are sent Cash/Check on Delivery (COD).
note that RA# must be legibly written on the outside of package to
insure proper and timely handling of return(s). Goods will not be
processed/refunded without an RA#.
Step 4. An
email response will be sent to you regarding the status of your return.
We will process your request within five business days upon receiving
If the return is approved, all refunds will be given in the same method
of original payment. Only the value of the merchandise and sales tax,
minus discounts, if any, will be refunded. Shipping charges and import
duties are not refundable. Please allow 2-4 weeks for processing the
refund to your credit card, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit
amount to appear on your statement.
Promotional Shipping Rates are for standard Fedex Express Saver Shipping within the 48 contiguous states only. Promotional Shipping Rates
are not applicable for bulk, special orders or shipments over 4lbs. For an alternate shipping method, you may choose from a
variety of shipping options provided by Fedex or contact an ApparelValley.com customer service representative to assist you. All shipments are insured for the value of the merchandise and require a signature from the receiving party. Shipping cost are borne by the purchaser and are based on the weight of the order and shipping method you choose. All merchandise orders are fulfilled within 1-3 business days of receipt of your order. Orders received after noon (12:00) SET is shipped the following day. All orders received after 1:00 PM on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. We observe all national holidays. We currently only deliver to the 48 contiguous states. We do not ship to PO Boxes.
